Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a small to medium
triangular corner notch point with an elliptical cross section. The blade may vary from excurvate to straight. The
shoulders are strongly barbed, commonly extending to the base of the point. Heavily re-sharpened examples will have reduced shoulders.
The stem is short and ranges from straight to slightly expanding. Notches enter the base of the point and are deep with parallel edges. The base may range from straight to convex. This point has a random flaking pattern.

76 mm, Stem Length - 6 to 9 mm, Blade Width - 22 to 31 mm,
Neck Width - 11 to 17 mm, Stem Width - 13 to 19 mm

This point is primarily found in the mid to
lower Frazier River Valley of British Columbia and Washington.
This point and may be found into the mid to lower Chilcotin Plateau.
Has been found in Bonner Co, Idaho.
Additional Comments:
This point is similar to the newer Hells Canyon
Corner Notch found on the Snake River Plains of Idaho, Oregon, and into
Washington.
The point progression in the mid to lower Frazier River Valley is: Cody
points, Nesikep, Lehman, Lochnore, Shuswap, Plateau Horizon, Kamloops.
