Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a small to medium triangular corner notch point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade may vary from excurvate to straight.  The shoulders are strongly barbed, commonly extending to the base of the point.  Heavily re-sharpened examples will have reduced shoulders.   The stem is short and ranges from straight to slightly expanding.  Notches enter the base of the point and are deep with parallel edges.  The base may range from straight to convex.  This point has a random flaking pattern.
