This variant generally has smooth blades and lack any serrations. Diagonal notches are well below the mid-point and are narrow and deep. Points generally considered Winitu points have diagonal doglegged notches. The shoulders may vary from having a slightly to a strong barb depending on the notch. The stem is expanding. The basal edges may range from being square to curving in towards the base. The base may vary from deep concave to having a deep V-shaped. This point has a random flaking pattern.
