Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a narrow medium
triangular stemmed point with an elliptical cross section. The blade is excurvate with many examples having the blade curve back in towards the shoulders. The shoulders are at an upwards angle. The stem is usually slightly expanding, but may range to straight. The base
varies from slightly concave to straight. This point has a random flaking pattern.
Size Measurements: Length - 40 to 100 mm (average 50 to 70 mm), Stem Length - 11 to 19
mm, Blade Width - 15 to 25 mm (average 20 to 25 mm), Stem Width -
10 to 20 mm (average 15 mm)
