Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a small to medium (1.25 to 2.125 inches) triangular stemmed point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade may vary from straight to excurvate.  The shoulders are commonly barbed, but may range having an upward taper.  The stem is primarily straight, but may be slightly expanding.  The base is always concave and has basal thinning.  This point has a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:  Total Length - 38 to 52 mm (48 mm average), Stem Length - 6 to 9 mm (8 mm average),  Blade Width - 24 to 35 mm (28 mm average),  Stem Width - 14 to 21 mm (17 mm average), Thickness - 8 to 10 mm
