Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a small to medium corner to basal notch point with an elliptical cross section.  The baled may vary from excurvate to straight.  The blade is commonly serrated.  The shoulders are barbed with pointed terminations.  The stem is expanding with a straight to concave base.  Examples with deeply concaved bases will have an eared or articulated appearance.  This point has a random flaking pattern.    

Size Measurements:  Total Length - 34 to 68 mm,  Stem Length - 5 to 7 mm,  Blade Width - 16 to 27 mm,  Neck Width - 11 to 14 mm,  Stem Width - 12 to 19 mm

This point is primarily found in the mid to upper Snake River basin and into the Columbia River basin of Washington and Oregon and into western Idaho.
