This is a medium triangular
expanding stem point with an elliptical cross section. The blade is primarily excurvate, but may range to straight. The
shoulders are barbed with terminations that are rounded which may give the shoulders a drooping appearance. Examples that are re-sharpened may have reduced shoulders. The stem is expanding. The base is bifurcated with a notch or concavity at the center of the base usually a result of basal thinning. This point has a random flaking pattern.
