Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a medium to large triangular stemmed point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade is primarily excurvate, but may vary to slightly excurvate.  The shoulders may range from prominent to weak and are at an upward angle.  The stem varies from straight to expanding with a convex base.  This point has basal thinning and usually has a bulbous appearance.  This point has a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:  Total Length - 45 to 110 mm (average 65 to 75 mm),  Stem Length - 15 to 30 mm (average 15 to 22 mm),  Blade Width - 25 to 40 mm (average 28 to 34 mm),  Neck Width - 20 to 30 mm,  Stem Width - 23 to 30 mm

This point is primarily found on the southeastern region of the Edwards Plateau.
