This is a medium to large triangular corner notch point with an elliptical cross section. The blade may vary from excurvate to straight with shoulders that range from horizontal to having a slight barb. The stem is expanding with a convex base with rounded basal corners. This point has hafting region grinding and a random flaking pattern.
Size Measurements: Length - 40 to 65 mm, Stem Length - 8 to 12 mm, Blade Width - 22 to 28 mm, Stem Width - 22 to 25 mm, Neck Width - 15 to 20 mm (***based on small sample***)
This point is primarily found in the Delaware River Valley of Delaware, Pennsylvania, and into New York. This point has been reported into the mid Susquehanna River Valley of Pennsylvania.
