Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a medium to large expanding stem point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade may vary from straight to slightly excurvate.  The shoulders range from horizontal to slightly barbed.  The stem is long and expanding with a base that is straight to slightly convex.  This point has a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:  Total Length - 60 to 180 mm (average 80 to 90 mm),  Stem Length - 15 to 20 mm,  Blade Width - 30 to 43 mm,  Neck Width - 14 to 20 mm,  Stem Width - 20 to 30 mm

This point is primarily found in northeastern Oklahoma and into Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas.
