Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a small to medium (1 to 2 inches) triangular side notch point with a thin elliptical cross section.  The blade is generally long, slender, and excurvate and are finely serrated.  Shallow parallel notches enter low on the blade forming a shoulder that is weak and at an upward angle.  The stem is expanding and is commonly the widest portion of the point..  The base is straight with rounded basal corners.  This point has a random flaking pattern and commonly has hafting region grinding.

Length - 30 to 60 mm,  Stem Length - 5 to 9 mm,  Blade Width - 9 to 15 mm,  Neck Width - 7 to 13 mm,  Basal Width - 13 to 20 mm

This is similar to the Meadowood point. This point is longer and generally thinner than the Meadowood and the blade is generally serrated.

This point are primarily found in the mid to lower Susquehanna River valley and the lower Delaware River valley.  These points are found infrequency into the Juniata River valley and into southern Maryland and northern Virginia.
