Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a medium triangular point with an expanding stem.  The blade is primarily excurvate, but may vary to straight.  The shoulders are most commonly at an upward angle, but may vary to horizontal or slightly barbed.  The stem is expanding.  The base is a shallow bifurcated or concaved.  The basal ears are rounded giving the point a rounded lobed appearance.  Basal grinding is commonly seen on this point.  This point has a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:  Total Length - 35 to 50 mm (average 40 mm),  Stem Length - 12 to 16 mm,  Blade Width - 20 to 30 mm,  Stem Width - 18 to 26 mm
