Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a medium lanceolate
point with an elliptical cross section. The blade may vary from excurvate (curving in at the tip and curving back in at the base), to recurvate (curving in at the tip,
constricting in at the waist, and flaring back out at the base).
The edge outline commonly gives the point a stemmed appearance The base is concave. This point
is crudely flaked with a parallel to oblique
or random flaking pattern.
Size Measurements: Total Length - 37 to
104 mm (average 48 to 61 mm), Blade Width - 15 to 33 mm.

These points are similar to the Pryor Stemmed point, but lack the beveling that is commonly seen on the Pryor point (Pitblado, 2003).
