This is a medium triangular stemmed point with an elliptical cross section. The blade is primarily excurvate and usually has serrations. The shoulders may vary from slightly barbed to having a slight upward angle. The stem may range from straight to expanding. The base is commonly concave, but may vary to bifurcated. The base has basal grinding and the basal ears are commonly rounded. This point has a random flaking pattern.

This point is primarily found in southern Missouri, northern Arkansas, and northeastern Oklahoma. May be found into southeastern Kansas with decreased frequency.
