This type was discussed by Perino, but no other professional references to this type was able to be located.  This type has many collector source references.  This type has been claimed to be a Spiro Mound type, but reports from the Spiro Mound had not mentioned this type.  This is considered a collector type.

Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a thin small to medium triangular side notch point with a flattened cross section.  The blade is narrow and primarily straight.  Some examples have an excurvate shape.  Parallel notches enter the blade higher on the blade creating horizontal shoulders and an expanded stem.  The base is commonly convex, but may vary to straight.  The basal corners are commonly rounded.  This point has a random flaking pattern. 
Size Measurements:

Total Length - 30 to 50 mm,  Stem Length - 6 to 10 mm,  Blade Width - 10 to 15 mm,  Neck Width - 7 to 9 mm,  Stem Width - 10 to 15 mm
