Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a large triangular expanding stem point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade is broad and ranges from straight to slightly excurvate with left hand beveling leaving a finely serrated edge.  The shoulders are barbed with an expanding stem and a straight to slightly convex base with basal / hafting region grinding is present.  This point is well made with an oblique flaking pattern.

This point was reported in in Belize.  This point is often found in association with Lowe and Allspice points.  Distribution extended due to Lowe and Allspice points being found into Oaxaca Mexico. Has been reported into Venezuela and northern South America.
