This is a
thick (spike like) small to medium triangular side notch point with an elliptical cross section. The blade may vary from slightly excurvate to straight. Shallow
parallel notches form a shoulder that is an upward angle and a expanding stem. The base is convex giving the stem a rounded or bulbous appearance. This point is commonly crudely made and has a
random flaking pattern.
