This is a
thick medium triangular stemmed point with an elliptical cross section. The blade is primarily excurvate, except some smaller examples may have a straight blade. The shoulders may vary from horizontal to an upward angle. The stem may range from straight to slightly expanding. The base is most commonly convex, but may vary to straight. This point has a random flaking pattern.

Rowlett variations consist of variants a-g (Mocas, 1976). Justice (1987) notes that variations a-c and e-f are similar to Karnak Stemmed points. Variations d and g are similar to McWhinney Heavy
