Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a small (1 to 1 1/2 inches) triangular corner notch point with an elliptical cross section. The blade may vary from slightly excurvate to straight and is deeply serrated. The serrations are generally symmetrical and start deep towards the base and become finer towards the tip. The shoulders may vary from barbed to horizontal. The stem is expanded. The base is deeply concave forming basal ears. This point has a random flaking pattern.
