Westboro Quartzite is associated with the Albion Schist Formation of eastern Rhode Island and the Grafton Formation of eastern Massachusetts and northern Rhode Island.  Primary outcroppings occur around Albion, Rhode Island and near Grafton, Worcester County, Massachusetts.  In Rhode Island correlates with the Quinnville Quartzite Formation.
