Webber's Falls Siltstone is associated with the Webber's Falls Member of the Atoka Formation of Oklahoma and Arkansas and occurs around Webber's Falls in the cliffs south of Okay and the bridge over the Verdigris River at Okay in Wagner County, the Bridge over Fort Gibson Lake 8 miles east of Wagner, Oklahoma and in the Boston Mountains of Arkansas.
