orange, or grayish purple with spots or patches of white, or a white
with spots or patches of brownish red, grayish red, pale orange, or
grayish purple.

Van Horn Spotted Chert occurs as nodules erroding from the limestone
exposures on the mesa in the Van Horn Mountains south of Van Horn,
Culberson County, Texas. Formation not given.
