Bear Gulch Obsidian primarily occurs as boulders and cobble on
the southwestern and northeastern slopes of Big Table Mountain in the
Centennial Mountains of eastern Idaho (Clark County). Bear Gulch
Obsidian is an exotic material and has been found at sites in from
Alberta to Quebec and Iowa.
