Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a small to medium expanding stem point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade ranges from excurvate to straight.  Shoulders range from horizontal to having a slight upward angle.  The stem is expanding and generally broad.  The base may be straight to slightly convex base and lack basal grinding.  This point has a random flaking pattern.

The characteristics and date of this point is consistent with other types from the Lowe / Steuben cluster.  Similar to the Steuben point found into central Iowa, defining characteristics between these two type need to be explored.
