Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a medium triangular basal notched point with a thin elliptical cross section.  The blade is primarily straight to slightly incurvate.  Notches enter the base of the point forming a barbed shoulder that extends to the base.  The stem is short and broad and commonly squared with a straight base.  This point commonly has a high degree of workmanship and a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:   Length - average 48 mm,  Blade Width - incomplete, Thickness - average 4 mm   ***Based on small sample size***
