Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a small to medium triangular stemmed point with a thin elliptical cross section.  The blade ranges from straight to slightly excurvate.  The shoulder are weak and at an upward angel.  The stem is short and ranges from primarily slightly expanding to straight.  The base varies from slightly concave to slightly convex.  This point has a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:   Length - 27 to 36 mm (average 31 mm),  Blade Width - 13 to 16 mm (average 15 mm), Thickness - 3 to 6 mm (average 5 mm)

These point are primarily found in Loma and Guadiana Chalchihuites cultural regions of Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosi, Jalisco, and Aguascalientes Mexico.
