This is a small to medium
lanceolate point with an elliptical cross section. The blade is recurvate, curving in at the tip and having an exaggerated flare out at the basal edge. The base is concave with rounded basal corners that turn upwards. This point has a random flaking pattern.

Farr (2006) states that this point was presented for the draft of the 1968 publication by Bullen. He states it is unclear if this point was proposed for inclusion by Bullen, or
by the state archaeologist, Ross Morrell. John Powell included this
point in his 1990 book and is commonly given credit for this. It has been suggested that these points may represent scrapers or even effigies.
