Dixon is a distinguished anthropologist and professor at the University of New Mexico.  He has conducted extensive studies into the Arctic archaeology.  This type was identified at the On Your Knees Cave in southeastern Alaska.  More information about this type is needed, it is considered a provisional type.

Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a medium to large triangular stemmed point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade is primarily excurvate.  The shoulders are weak and at an upward angle with a stem that is long and ranges from parallel to slightly contracting.  The base ranges from straight to slightly convex with rounded basal corners.  This point has a random flaking pattern.
