Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a small to medium (1 to 2 inches) auriculate point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade may vary from excurvate to straight. The blade may be incurvate to straight at the hafting area.  The base flares out forming articulates or ears.  The base is concave, however may range to straight.  Basal thinning is commonly seen.  This point has a random flaking pattern.
