Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a thick medium stemmed point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade is narrow and primarily excurvate, but may range to straight.  Some examples have a curving tip and parallel edges.  The shoulders are commonly weak and may vary from horizontal to having a slight upward angle.  The stem is rectangular with a straight stem and a straight base.  This point has a random flaking pattern.
