Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a broad medium ovoid point with an thick elliptical cross section.  The blade is excurvate with a blunt tip.  The base is convex with a smooth transition between the blade and the base.  This point is a thick crudely made point with a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:   Length - 40 to 49 mm (average 44 mm),  Blade Width - 23 to 33 mm (average 28 mm), Thickness - 6 to 15 mm (average 10 mm)

These point are primarily found in Loma, Guadiana Chalchihuites, and Suchil Chalchihuites cultural regions of Chihuahua, Durango, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosi, Jalisco, and Aguascalientes Mexico.
