Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a medium triangular expanding stem point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade range from straight to slightly excurvate with the blade flaring outward towards the shoulders.  The shoulder is strongly barbed with a short broad stem that is expanding.  The base is convex.  This point has a random flaking pattern.

Size Measurements:   Length - average 31 mm,  Blade Width - average 23 mm, Thickness - average 5 mm

These points  are associated with the Llano Grande culture of Sonora, Chihuahua, Sinloa, Nayarit, Jalisco, and Zacatecas.
