Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:

This is a small triangular side to corner notch with an elliptical cross section.  The blade may vary from straight to slightly excurvate.  The shoulder range from slightly barbed, most common, to horizontal.  The stem is expanding with a straight base.  This point has a random flaking pattern. 

Size Measurements:  Length - 15 to 30 mm (average 20 to 25 mm), Stem Length - 5 to 9 mm,  Blade Width - 15 to 22 mm (18 mm average), Stem Width - 9 to16 mm,  Neck Width - 8 to 13 mm

This point is primarily found in the upper Ohio River Valley of west central Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio.
