Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a small to medium asymmetrical pentagonal blade with an
elliptical cross section. The blade ranges from incurvate to
recurvate with the bottom portion of the blade being being more parallel
than the upper portion of the blade. The base ranges from slightly
convex to straight with rounded basal corners. This point has a random flaking pattern.

This point is primarily found on the
Chilcotin Plateau of British Columbia and into the Columbia Plateau of
Washington. Has been found with Kamloops Side Notch points in
Bonner Co, Id However, many books show similar points
associated with Kavik points of the Athapaskan cultures found as far
north as the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Alaska.
