Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a medium scalene triangular point with a thin elliptical cross section.  The blade is excurvate with one edge being longer than the other edge.  The long edge commonly has a slight indention just above the basal corner, but the indention is not always present.  The base is at an angle and may range from straight to slightly convex or concave and may have a weak center basal notch.  This point has a random flaking pattern.
Size Measurements:

Length - 29 to 64 mm (average 38 to 49 mm),  Blade Width - 13 to 33 mm (average 21 to 27 mm), Width/Length ratio - 0.34 to 0.84 mm (average 0.48 to .064 mm)

This point was reported at the Duwamish No. 1 site,  Chester Morse site, and Hartstene Site in the Puget Sound region of Washington and British Columbia.  Has been reported in multiple sites in the Gulf, San Juan Islands, and Pedder Bay site of the Puget Sound.  May be found throughout southwestern British Columbia and into northwestern Washington.  Full distribution not known.

Age Details:
At Helen Point radiocarbon dates of 1,370 +/- 85, 1,120 +/- 100 and 1,100 +/- 90 B.P. was observed for levels containing these points (Carlson, 2011).
