Description of Physical Characteristics and Flaking Pattern:
This is a medium triangular side notch point with an elliptical cross section.  The blade is excurvate with many examples having a longer narrow blade.  Wide shallow parallel notches enter the low on the blade forming a weak shoulder that is at an upward angle.  The stem is short and expanding.  The base may range from slightly concave to straight.  This point has a random flaking pattern.   
Size Measurements:

Total Length -35 to 60 mm,  Stem Length - 9 to 11 mm,  Blade Width - 15 to 22 mm,  Neck Width - 14 to 19 mm,  Stem Width - 16 to 22 mm (***based on small sample size***)
