Mount Christie Chert is associated with the Mount Christie Formation of British Columbia, Yukon, and Northwest Territories.  Occurs as beds with primary exposures occurring on Mount Christie.  Exposures also occur at Niddery Lake, Lansing, Mayo, Gleynlyon, Tay River, Sheldon Lake, Nahanni River, Finlayson Lake, and McDame.
