Little River Chert is associated with the Little River Formation of the Tetagouche Group of New Brunswick.  Occurs intercalated in basalt along Little River, Gloucester County, New Brunswick.  Also occurs at Nepisiguit Bay to Little Sevogle River as  wells as at the head waters of the Pabineau River west of California Lake.
