Distribution Comments:

Hunterville Chert is associated with the Hunterville Chert Formation of the Oriskany Group of Southeastern West Virginia.  Primarily occurs as blocky outcroppings occur near Hunterville, Pocahontas County and into Greenbrier County, West Virginia.
