Ellensburg Blue Chalcedony has multiple outcroppings near Liberty and Virden, Kittitas County, Washington, Round Top Mountain, Elum Lake, Squaw Creek, Ellensburg, and on Red Top Mountain, Kittitas County.  Outcroppings are shown on Crystal Mountain (does not appear on geographical maps, location shown is the same as Red Top Mountain) northwest of Liberty.
