Distribution Comments:
Beacon Hill Moss Agate occurs as nodules around Old Ferry Quadrant, Washington County, Idaho.  Beacon Hill is not an official name of the area, but what it is locally referred to due to the aircraft beacon present on the hill.  Hog Creek is the drainage to the east of Beacon Hill where these nodules have washed down.
